Stocking Fee

The relationship with you, our customers, is paramount to VanIsleBrands. 

Our merchandisers aim to visit every customer at least twice per year to ensure we are meeting your needs, sourcing new products with you and assisting in the displaying and merchandising of our product. Where possible these visits will include dropping off ordered product or choosing product we have brought with us. 

This personalized service comes with a small fee. All orders/deliveries are subject to a Stocking Fee. A minimum of $10 is charged on all Invoices and calculated at 5% of the gross Invoice on orders over $200.
